Warranty

2020-06-26, 9:41 AM

My "alt" key was off my laptop one morning when I decided to use it, and when I took a closer look I saw that the 2 inside parts were separated. The part which connects to the bottom part with the 2 sticks at the end had one of the sticks broken. My laptop is still in warranty, and I was wondering if I should do anything about this.

Thanks In Advance

Hi there TheGoldenMario.

I would recommend doing something about it while the unit is in warranty, yes.

I'd suggest contacting Lenovo support for your country directly (mail, e-ticket, phone) to hear what can be done.

Good luck.

Regards
