microphone problem

2021-04-19, 19:15 PM

Hi,

I have "Lenovo - L14 (type 20U5, 20U6) Laptops (ThinkPad) - Type 20U5"

I've been using my PC approximately for a month.

My problem is when I want to chat with zoom, whatsapp, teams etc. , the other person can't hear my voice as loud as I speak and also when I record my voice the result is the same, my voice again too low.

İnstalled driver: Realtek Audio Driver, Version: 6.0.9091.1.

Edition    Windows 10 Pro
version    20H2
uploading date    ‎25.‎03.‎2021
İS compliation    19042.928
experience   Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.551.0

Welcome to the Community, gökçe

Just a quick note: We DO have a Turkish-language Community if you'd feel more comfortable communicating in Turkish.

I don't speak your language and thus can't read the menu tabs, but a casual glance brings up a question: Are you using the ThinkPad's internal microphone or something else?

If it's the latter, some details might help others help you: What kind of microphone, how is it connected, etc. The "mic in at rear panel" is confusing as, according to the user guide (p.7), the only audio connection this laptop has is the combination audio jack.
