Hey! I have a Lenovo Thinpad R61i laptop and when I turn it on I receive 2100: Detection error on HDD0 (03). I reseted the BIOS and I've extracted the HDD and tossed it again. No solution! I need to power off it 2 times before it enter the Windows. Please help me!

As I understand that you are facing issue HDD 2100: Detection error on HDD0 (03) in your ThinkPad R61i.
As you have said system is booting in Windows at that time you can try to run Lenovo Diagnostics for complete checkup of your hardware components & update us how it goes.

I check it up with the HDD Diagnostic Program from BIOS and it said that is no problem.
Well try to update the Intel chipset drivers from here but first ensure that you have uninstalled the previous version of Chipset drivers & update us how it goes.

I have Windows 7.
Well you have updated the drivers from third party vendor & this error sometime comes with wrong combination of Chipset drivers. So my suggestion will be to update it from Lenovo website.
