Mike - thanks! Worked for me - same issue but for me it was linked to the windows 10 version update to 1903. Using the intel tool to update the drivers also immediately resolved the issue for me too.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to this post. The Lenovo Advantage software updated drivers that did not help solve the issue. It was network instability that caused the BSOD.
