Bluetooth not working on L412

Hi. I have bluetooth headphones and a bluetooth keyboard I'd like to use on my laptop, but there's no option for Bluetooth. I'm running Windows 10.

Could you give more information about your Bluetooth headset and your laptop? This would depend on the version of Bluetooth and the version of Windows you're running (see here for more information about bluetooth headset versions compatibility). Also, are you using 32 or 64 bit?

Good day and welcome to the community.

 

Looking at the driver list for the L412, there is no Win10 Bluetooth driver available. Based on the L412 not being on the Win10 compatible systems list at: https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/documents/ht103535 some drivers may require sourcing from places other than Lenovo.

 

If you open up Device Manager, do you see any yellow bangs? Is Bluetooth listed at all?

When I open up Device Manager , there are three yellow bangs on "Base System Device", which is listed three times under "other devices. There's no Bluetooth option

If you open the Properties sheet of each one, switch to the Details tab, select Hardware Ids from the Property dropdown, and post back here with the text returned in the Value field, we may be able to help further.

From pcidatabase. com those device strings refer to the card reader (SD/MMC).

There are WinXP/Vista/7/8 drivers for that.

 

I'm seeing no Win10 drivers for the L412 on the support pages.
