Component identify problem L440

2017-12-20, 18:31 PM

HELLO FRIENDS.
I need some help.

came to me a Thinkad l440, and to my surprise I found this damaged component on the board. As I do not have another motherboard or other notebook.

on the motherboard is identified as PQ4144
with this damaged component not turning on, only power light flashes quickly

I need to find out what this component is.

3-pin chips are usually transistors, but that is like saying a component is a capacitor.  If you don't know the type or capacitance, there is no way to replace it.

Yes, possibly a smd 3-pin transistor. If I can get this code I can buy it. Only a photo of the board with the component in good resolution already would help me a lot or the electronic plaque of motherboard that can be many things this component and how I am with the dead plate. I have good knowledge in eltronica but I need this component code.
