Hot Key Issue (ctrl-V/C/X/A)

Hi,

Just got my Thinkpad L380, but the hotkeys for windows 10 are not working. I updated everything with Lenovo Vantage ànd installed the driver Hotkey Features Intergration manually (9.0.2.18, 22 november), But it's still not working. Is there somthing I miss?! Is it an Windows thing? I use the ctrl+v ect. a lot, So I hope it can be fixed!

Greetings,

Anne-Minke

Re: Hot Key Issue (ctrl-V/C/X/A)

Hello and welcome,

I don't think of those as Lenovo hot keys - more like Windows keyboard shortcuts.  Could be wrong about that....

There's a fair bit of chatter on the interwebs that going to Device Manager, uninstalling the keyboard driver, and rebooting sorts it.

Haven't tried it myself.

FWIW,

Z.
