Intel Centrino Advanced N6200 - Wireless - SL510

I have checked the specs of the Model: 622ANHMW and it would seem to transmit at the same power output as the current wireless N 1000 card.  So is there any chance that this card could be white listed in a new BIOS release as at present it gives the 1802 blocked card.
