I have a L380 Yoga 20M7-001BMH with ELAN trackpoint which exhibits the same behavior as described on another forum: https://forum.thinkpads.com/viewtopic.php?t=126939
The trackpad works correctly regardless of scenario, the trackpoint scrolling works correctly regardless of scenario,
however, the trackpoint cursor has its axis swapped when I'm using a secondary screen in portrait orientation with "second display only" mode.
More specifically, the X and Y axis are interchanged, acting as if the screen orientation was landscape. I'm assuming this behavior is due to the assumption that the primary display of the laptop will always be in landscape mode, and when connecting only an external display, it's percieved as the primary.
I have Windows 10 with all updates installed, as well as all updates installed through Lenovo Vantage.
The issue is present both with a display connected through a Dell D6000 dock as well as displays connected through HDMI.
