Brand new l380, after the latest software update we can no longer login to the computer. It does not accept the pin or the fingerprint, we get the "incorrect password" message and the fingerprint scanner seems to be disabled.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

First thing to try is skipping the fingerprint and PIN logins and use the credentials for your Microsoft account. That should get you in, then you can reset the fingerprint and PIN Windows Hello functions.
