L460 VGA out+Thinkpad Basic dock VGA not working

Hi I got a Thinkpad L460 docked in a basic dockingstation.

When i Connect the VGA of the docking station to a monitor, the screen connected to the Laptop's VGA goes blank. It seems impossible to get both VGA outputs working at the same time.

 

Any suggestions?
