Hi, I and my collegues in work have problem with Lenovo L480. Notebook still work on high frequency (3400MHz) when in idle or in apps like Word, Excel etc. What is interesting in all notebooks we have when we open Task Manager frequency goes to normal level (800-1200MHz) and everythins is fine, but after reboot problem returns.
Bios newest, all drivers newest. What's wrong with those notebooks?

Hi Wojciechkrs! Was there any recent changes or any updates installed before the issue arise? Could you send to us a screenshot of the task manager under the performance tab when the frequency is high and low? Let us know.

Actually I solved the problem. All I have to do was to restore balanaced plan to default settings (Windows 10 1903). Earlier I tried https://support.lenovo.com/pl/pl/solutions/ht506625 . This doesn't help on 1903 version. Now after undervolt, notebook is quiet and cool.

I wrote that too early. Problem still exists, frequency still between 3GHz and 3,4GHz, after enter task manager drops to 800-1600MHz. I will sent short video with this bug (with ThrottleStop to show frequency). My collegues also have this problem.
