R400 upgrade

Is there anyone experience slow speed after one and half years of using? I suppose it can improve by adding the RAM, isn't it?

this is usually the result of installing too many programs, which are eating up your CPU resource, or CPU that is overheating. It is most likely not a hardware issue, but rather a software issue. Have you tried to reinstall the OS from scratch?
