first of all before posting I preformed several searches but failed to locate a solution to my problem.
I have the aforementioned laptop and used it successfully for several years. I'm now giving it to someone else in my family and so I'm doing a clean install of the system, including formatting and reinstalling Windows Xp Pro (Win7 works, but too slow).
I managed to install all the Lenovo drivers except for the WLAN adapter, which refuse to work. Tried several different drivers for the Lenovo site with no success. The adapter is turned on in the BIOS Access Connections in installed, but Fn+F5 still says "no adapters are installed".
Don't really know what to do at this point.
With best regards.
