Am i suppose to change the entire handrest to change the touch pad circuitry? I am planning to get a local circutry in that case. Will that be possible. Are there any local touchpad circuitry available in the market?

Re: R60 Touchpad not working

yes you have to change the entire palmrest. I think part of the touchpad mechanism is glued to the palmrest assembly.
