I have the same problem on my T60 (2613CTO) WinXP SP3 - Hotkey Features Integration failed to install starting from version 3.84.1500; latest version 3.84.2000 also gave the same error - "this program does not support this system".
Currently installed version is 3.81.0100.
Solution which was proposed by dameischta on previous page (Copy the files SWI32.sys and SWIX64.sys from version 3.81.0100 to the corresponding folder of the latest version) doesn't work for me.
System has all latest OS updates as well as Lenovo drivers.
Any ideas?

I found the old version through trial and error and the solution recommended by dameischta worked perfectly. Anyone else who needs this can find it at http://download.lenovo.com/ibmdl/pub/pc/pccbbs/mob

Same issue here. I did a factory restore and performed the steps suggested by dameischta and I found out that this method works, but fails to replace the ugly green factory OSD with the nice black & white fade in/out OSD that comes with the previous version (8jvu23ww), so I uninstalled all the Hotkey drivers and just installed the previous version from the download link above. When comparing the extracted files, it seems the latest version is missing some folders that the previous version comes with, namely DISPUTIL, LPU, SMIIF, and VS. If you absolutely need the latest drivers, you might try first installing the version from the link provided above, and then the latest version on top of it using the method described by dameischta. I would try it myself, but I've already wasted way too much time trying to figure this out and I refuse to spend another minute messing around with this issue. Unless I find a reason to upgrade, the 3.81.0100 drivers are fine by me.
P.S. - I'm on an SL500 running XP Pro SP3.

I have had this problem on 2x SL500's, fresh install of Win7. Lenovo needs to fix this.
