Services and Start Up Items in msconfig

Don't know whether this is the right place or not but just bought a thinkpad R61i notebook and was wondering  I'm just wondering what Lenovo services and start up items I can untick and should leave ticked in msconfig.

Welcome to Lenovo Forums Smoggie.
There are many really good sources out on the web that list many different manufacturer files.
One that I've found usefull is this one
For a listing of windows services that you can disable to increase performance you can try this vista site out.  If your using XP instead you can try here.
