Steps to reproduce
1. Plug the power adapter's USB Type-C connector to the laptop.
2. Don't plug the other end of the power adapter into a power outlet.
3. Hover the stylus over the screen until the cursor is displayed.
4. Place your plam on the screen and move your hand.
The cursor should be smooth as you move the stylus around the screen, which it is once you unplug the charging cable from the laptop.
Palm rejection fails once the USB Type-C charging cable is fitted into the laptop's charging port. It does not matter if the power adapter is connected to a power source.

Same problem, except only happens when charger is plugged into a socket. If I place my other hand on the back of the display, the problem goes away.
