Hi !

Welcome to Lenovo Community Forums.

When did the issue start? Did you notice any system updates prior to the issue?

Kindly try to change the Power Management option by following the steps below:

Open Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Power Options > Balanced.

You may also open Task Manager by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Esc to check CPU usage.

  • If there is a graphical intensive program running, like a game or photoshop, and the CPU usage is over 50%; it is normal for the fan to produce noise. Fan speed is controlled by the temperature control system, which can adjust the fan speed according to host heat volume.
  • If CPU usage is below 50%, and there is no graphical intensive program running, try the following steps.

Hence, you may download and install the latest BIOS versions for the system from the Lenovo support site.

Once the BIOS is updated, enter BIOS (Steps to enter BIOS) and press F9 to restore to default settings. Press F10 to save the changes.

Regards,

Edited: added more details.

Thank you for advice ...

I have bought that Laptop month ago and it was noisy on DC adapter from first turning on. I have all updates and patches checked and installed through Lenovo Vantage (including BIOS update).

Is there any tool which can control fan speed?

Have you tried using a different charger? As you mentioned you're using an DC adaptor and there are two general types of adaptors: AC adaptors and DC adaptors. While they may look very similar and have similar looking inputs and outputs, their functions are very different.
