(First of all, sorry for my English, It's my secondary language) I just bought a Thinkpad L480 (fisrt thinkpad ever, fell in love with the keyboard), so i'ts my first post on this forum. The configuration i have is an HD 1366x768 display (a cheaper model at the moment), and I'm thinking on upgrading to a FHD 1920 x 1080 display sold on Ebay (BTW, can someone recommend a vendor to adquire it? I'm from Mexico and never ordered from Ebay, local vendors have lowe quality displays or way too expensive ones). My question is, does this model have a 30 pin connector, or a 40 pin connector? I would like to keep my search in the right direction before actually purchase the display.
Thak you for your time fellas, It's a great forum to be a part of.

Based on the product specification of ThinkPad L480, some variation of this model comes with FHD display.
We've compared the parts of two variation, with FHD and HD. They share same part numbers for the EDP cable which is 01LW323, it's possible to use the EDP cable that you have but we don't guarantee that it will work since your device comes with HD display only.
The part number of the FHD display is 01EN223, you may reach our resellers online to check the price and availbility.
Hope this helps.
