My touchpad is not working since I got my laptop.
My laptop: IdeaPad L340-15API
Touchpad driver: ELAN 18.104.22.168
I have tried to update the driver, enable the touchpad in every possible way and reset the default settings.
So far nothing has worked.
Could somebody help me?

Hi Stan220! Welcome to our forums community. Since you were experiencing form the start, we highly suggest you o factory reset the laptop to check if the issue is hardware or not.
