These options are not showing up in my control panel. Anyone have any ideas?

I have found a solution to install/enable the Lenovo - Keyboard Manager in Contorl Panel on Windows 10.

  1. Download the Hotkey Features Integration for Windows 10 (64-bit) - ThinkPad here: https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/downloads/ds120449 As of time of writing this, the version is released on 31 Oct 2019
  2. Install the software (as of time of writing this, it is named r0yvu28w.exe)
  3. For me, after installation, the Keyboard Manager still does not appear. Then, I followed the instruction in the README which says:
Manual Install of Setting Apps

In some products, above operation installs both device component and
setting app components. In other products, it installs device component only.
The difference comes from installed components before the operation.

You can confirm installed setting app components on Windows control panel.
For example, existence of "Lenovo - Microphone Mute" icon indicates that
setting app components have been installed. You can manually install setting
app components separately after the above operation.

  Installing setting apps
  9. Make sure to be logged on with an administrator account.
  10. Open folder
        C:\Program Files\Lenovo\Hotkey
  11. Double-click/double-tap SETAPPS.EXE.
  12. Follow the instructions on the screen.

 Hope this helps!
