I tried to call this number a couple of times, and waited for around 20 minutes for each time and no one answered the phone. Thank you very much James, one more question, when I open the webpage you sent to me, it asks my 7-digit customer number and 6-digit order number. However, indeed, I got a 10-digit custom number and a 10-digit order number (just like the one on the topic of this thread). How can I figure that out?
