l380 yoga 65w charger stopped working

hello my 65w charger saddnly stoped working i tryed to see if other devices using usb type c can see it and they cant what should i do ?

Did your laptop still detect the charger when it's plugged in?

 

If yes, please follow the troubleshooting steps below to further isolate the problem.

  • Make sure that your power cable is not damaged. If the cable is not working, you won’t be able to charge.
  • A bad AC adapter may cause your battery charging issue even if you’ve plugged in your battery. So you can try another AC adapter and see if it makes changes.
  • Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds, then release it.

 

For hardware related issue, we suggest that you visit our authorized service providers in your region to further isolate the problem. You may also visit our support website to check the part number of the AC adapter and battery of your laptop.

the laptop doesn't recognize the charger,when i plug it in nothing happens.

It's possible that issue is likely to be hardware related, we suggest that you bring your device to our service providers to further isolate the problem. If the machine is under warranty, you may reach our phone support team for warranty claims.
