Black Screen when boot the laptop conected to the Thunderbolt 3

Usually when i reboot the laptop connected to my thunderbolt 3 , black screen like Bios nor Start. I have to disconnect the Thunderbolt , reboot and then connect the Thunderbolt. My laptop is fully updated.

It seems like this is an issue with BIOS configuration. You can try changing few settings for now, but actual BIOS update is more likely to solve it better.

 

Change Display settings from Config. > Display. 

  1. Change Boot Display Device: If you want to see Boot screen on external monitor, select <NAME OF MONITOR> instead of ThinkPad LCD.
  2. Shared Display Priority: If you have external display(s) attached to both Dock & Display Port, then choose priority according to your needs.

 

To enter BIOS: Press F1, as soon as you see Lenovo logo on startup, until you hear beep

Hello, I try your suggestion but in any case the Laptop don't start. Should i open a Lenovo Ticket ?

Unplug 2.4Gz wireless mouse and or keyboard receiver and plug into laptop.
