Depends on what you are asking.

 

If you try to install Windows 7 on a 950 NVMe, a driver is required which is not normally provided on installation media (but can be added if required to the distro or at installation time).  For Windows 10 installs, there should not be an issue.  Not sure about standard M.2 drives but since these present as normal SATA devices, I suspect there should be no particular problems.,

 

Once and OS is properly installed, booting seems to present no issues -- provided the BIOS boot order is set accordingly.
