I'm trying to identify the type of screw that's holding my SSD caddy in place. Can someone help me?

Here's a picture of the screw

What kind of screw is this? Is that a stripped Phillips head screw? Or is it something else?

I wanted to add something.  The way I have dealt with that sort of problem is to use a 2mm reverse-thread drill bit. I drill through the head just until the head starts to spin, so that the head is separated from the shaft of the screw.  I then remove the SSD.  There is then enough shaft visible so that I can grab it with a small, long-nosed vice-grip and remove it.
