P1 Gen 2 ACPI.SYS Latency

Hi,

 

I hope anyone can help. At the moment it is not possible to use this laptop for any audio stuff. The problem is th ACPI.SYS.

It is not solved. With this laptop it is not possible to have real time audio. I have to use my phone for calls (skype or Teams). The laptop will go back to Lenovo.

Thanks for the update. When you ran Latencymon, were you also running another application, such as playing music, or was latencymon running its tests alone? How long did it take for ACPI to give that spike?

If I disabling the nvidia GPU, I can't use my external display with the thunderbolt port. Thats why I disabled the intel graphics card.

 

After 20 seconds i get the message from the latencymon, that my computer can't handle realtime audio. At this point i had some applications open.

 

Energy-Options was set to high the whole time.
