P15v and Hyper-V - Blue Screen on Boot

I received a new Lenovo P15v for work.  Running Windows Enterprise and when I enable the feature of "Hyper-V", it blue

screens on boot and has to be reset.  This is the only feature that I am enabling.

 

There does not appear to be a BIOS option that controls this, like in older Lenovo laptops.

 

Any ideas on this?  I heavily reply on Hyper-V for work, so I am kind of stuck without this.
