the machine 20ER003PGE has the problem, that you cannot  work with the dedicated graphic card (nVDIA Quadro) because the machine always use the integradted graphic card (Intel). the machine doesnt switch between this two cards, if you start an application like autoCAD. it exist a tool or anything else (program) from lenovo to controll or switch between these two cards? OS is Windows 7

You can set Display: External GPU in BIOS to disable Intel altogether.

You can also use the NVIDIA Control Panel to choose the  graphics card you want to use with a specific program:
