After faithfully applying all the Thunderbolt/USB patches that have come out in the last few months, Windows 10 1903 won't show the memory sticks that I plug in.
For example, here's the output from USB Drive Info for one of these sticks:
========== Storage Volume on Disk 4 in Partition 1 ==========

Somewhere deep down in Windows, the stick is recognized and assigned a drive letter, but Windows Explorer won't show Drive F:. I can change to it by typing the drive letter and colon, and then I can navigate normally. However, there's no way to eject the media.
What can I do to restore normal Memory Stick operation?
Thanks in advance!
