Supposedly this is the solution: https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/ca/en/solutions/HT104227

But that did not work for me...

I got my Yoga 370 fingerprint reader to work again by disabling SGX in bios and installing the Nov. 2017 driver that was stored on my computer.  Yeah!  Thanks for the help everyone!

Re: Synaptics WBDI(SGX disabled) - Fingerprint broken on P71 after driver update

I tried both new fingerprint drivers and new SGX drivers after I updated to Windows 10 1803. I had to update the bios in order to get into it, it was not responding to the [enter] prompt to interrupt boot. Once I disabled SGX in the bios, everything went back to normal, didn't need to reinstall drivers or redo fingerprints.

I just disabled Intel SGX in the BIOS and everything started working again (no driver update, was able to log back in w/ my finger print after saving BIOS and letting system boot up)
