ThinkPad P15v. 64GB (32GB x 2) fails

First Generation ThinkPad P15v. Run 64GB (32GB x 2) for about four months, no problem. Then, a couple of BIOS updates ago started getting BSODs.

Checked with Memtest86, and it fails within minutes. Assumed the memory went bad and sent for replacement.

After getting replacement memory, also failing Memtest86 and BSOD in Windows. Each individual 32GB stick works fine in ether sot, but both together fail consistently.

 

Perhaps a recent BIOS update introduced an error in UEFI memory tables?

 

Currently running BIOS version N30ET40W (1.23).

Kindly reload the BIOS default settings, don't forget to save before exiting.
Can you confirm if you have the latest BIOS version as to what the support site offers?
The Lenovo website shows a recently released BIOS version 1.23-1.16, last 8th of October 2021.
Please update if necessary, otherwise update all drivers and firmware.
Then run the diagnostics.
Update us how it goes.

Each individual memory stick, from the kit, works fine in ether of the two memory slots, but not the two together.
