Trackpad not working

  1. Model P43S
  2. Support Type: Premier Support ( 2 years - still under warranty with less than 3 months) with ADP (Accidental Damage Protection)
  3. Location: Canada

Here are few problems with my laptop

 

  1. Some of the keys were stuck (up down arrows, ~/` key)
  2. Trackpad is not responsive
  3. Click is not working on trackpad. I need to press hard to select any icon, menu or start windows menu button)
  4. Accidental damage - Minor dent on speaker grill in line with the power button
  5. Scratches on the laptop lid cover. They are visible when I look at them at an angle in broad light.

 

In my case, how does premier support work? Would Lenovo support team replace the parts for free?

 

Any help / information is highly appreciated.

Cosmetic and accidental damage may not be covered by the premium warranty.

But regards to hardware issue, this is covered with both parts and labor as far as I know.

I have purchased 2 year Premier Support as well as 2 year Accidental Damage Protection. I hope this covers aforementioned damages...
