Cut open the molding around the square connector.  You will find a tiny resistor.  Remove it and replace it with an 1800 ohm resistor.  

 

If your power supply is only 65W, then go to the power control and reduce the processor speed (under CPU performance, or somesuch).  Or alternately remove battery.  Otherwise your battery will be drained with heavy loads on the processor.
