W541: Colour Calibrator Software no longer working

2018-08-31, 7:22 AM

Hi,

Since the last Update (Bios, Drivers), the built in colour calibration with the Color Calibrator Software (v1.3.1.6742), no longer works. The calibration process stops with an error message:"Laptop-Meldungen konnten nicht ausgeschaltet werden" (sorry, I only have this message in German):

Note: Color Calibrator is part of the SW provided by Lenovo with the Laptop.

My BIOS version: GNET88WW (2.36 )

Anyone similar experience? Solutions?

Best regards,

Jörg

Having the same issues too! Reinstalling the software didn't work. Therefore I also have no clue how to fix that problem... :(

Have you tried running the sensor replacement utility in the X-rite directory ?

Make sure you have all external displays unplugged when you rub it .
