WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR on P53

2021-01-11, 14:42 PM

I have a Lenovo P53 (type 20QQ model S5YR00) since august 2020 and had since then the following problems:

august : Bug Check Code    : 0x00000139 KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE

Parameter 1       : 00000000`00000009
Parameter 2       : ffffa28a`907f9e10
Parameter 3       : ffffa28a`907f9d68
Parameter 4       : 00000000`00000000
Caused By Driver  : ntoskrnl.exe
Caused By Address : ntoskrnl.exe+1c23c0

september:  frozen , it shows the login/lock screen but nothing works, I left it for a few hours, but no improvement

september: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR   blue screen

november: frozen, no image on monitor, nothing works

december: frozen during the fade effect between the lock and login screen (both are half visible, superimposed), nothing works

january 2021: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR blue screen , parameters:
0x0000000000000000
0xFFFFC80EBEACB028
0x00000000FE000000
0x0000000000800400

Using the preinstalled Windows 10 Pro, connected hardware:

 - external monitor over DP/USB-C cable

 - USB mouse

 - USB hub for : wireless mouse*, headset, keyboard

 - RJ45 LAN cable

* not really used, I will disconnect the dongle now

This is a bit too unstable for my taste. Is this some common problem with this laptop?

hardware:

CPU: i7-9850H

RAM: 32GB (2x16GB)

GPU: Quadro T1000

SDD: NVMe WDC PC SN730 SDB0   , 1TB

BIOS version: 1.26 (currently newest)

PS: I have the latest BIOS, drivers and windows patches. I update regulary with Windows Update and Lenovo Vantage.
