Hello budi.raharjo,

Welcome to Lenovo Community

Based on the parts lookup site, the P51 wLAN cards are all intel.
https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/ph/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/thinkpad-p-series-laptops/thinkpad-p51-type-20hh-20hj/20hh/parts/display/compatible

Let's wait for the comments of fellow users who might've success in using other brands.

Hello,

You can certainly try installing a non-Intel Wi-Fi card in the ThinkPad P51.  If it does not work, an error message will be displayed when the ThinkPad P51 is powered up.  You can then just power down the machine, remove it, and reinstall the existing Wi-Fi card.
