Please try this:

1.  restart the computer, and then press F1 at "Lenovo" screen to enter BIOS setup

2.  Change to the "security" page

3.  Select the "fingerprint" option

4.  Select "reset Fingerprint Data"  and confirm it, wait for it to finish

5.  press F10 to save/exit

6.  In Windows, go back to Settings -> Accounts -> Sign-in options

7.  Scroll down to "fingerprint", and then click on "set up" button.

8.  follow on screen prompts to enroll finger.

Fingeprint driver comes from Windows Update.  If instead you are asking how to enroll fingers on Win10, it is done in the OS itself.  Unlike Win7 and Win8, there is no separate fingerprint software.  Go to Settings -> Accounts -> Sign-in Options , scroll down, and you'll see the options about fingerprint.

Can you provide more information about exactly what you are doing?  Do you see any error messages?

None of your suggestions will work as the driver will not load fro some reason.  (Code 31)
