Re:Windows 10 update (last month Version 1903 and now Version 20H2)

So do we have a fix?
I just spent $3K on my Lenovo laptop and have the same issue. **bleep**!

If I don’t get answers/a solid fix, it is going back and the 60 more laptops that I was going to purchase for our company will be going to Dell instead!

Just became a Lenovo Customer last month and so far purchased 4 laptops.

Was a faithful Dell customer for 12 years. This is what I get for thinking the grass is greener!

The problem was solved... partially...

Update to 20H2 was installed after (KB4592438) installation, but only with virtualization disabled in BIOS (Kernel DMA Protection disabled, Intel Virtualization Technology disabled, Intel VT-d Feature disabled, Enhanced Windows Biometric Security enabled under Security menu in BIOS). With virtualization enabled blue screen error is maintaining.

You need to DISABLE "Enhanced Windows Biometric Security" to eliminate the BSOD.

See this MS article.

That’s the fix, my P15v is great now.  All works fine Hyper-V works too.

Last setting in Virtualization in BIOS - not implemented in Windows yet.
