any difference for disk in ultrabay or internal?

for W500, I have two disks 64GB SSD and 160GB 7200RPM, i was wondering would any of the disks acts faster if i put it inside the internal disk place or in the ultrabay in the CDROM place ?

the new ultrabay slim for the W500 should use a SATA interface rather than the PATA interface in the previous line of T series.... theoretically the speed of the SATA interface for the Ultrabay slim for the W500 and internal harddrive bay SATA interface should be the same.... any difference should be trivial, but i haven't tested the new interface and compared the speed of them two, so i can't give you a conclusive answer.
