You probably have to re-install the latest version of System Update manually:

Do be advised that Lenovo isn't officially supporting the W520 for Windows 10, so you might have to get your own drivers from Intel/NVIDIA/etc directly.

W520: 2960XM, Q2000M @ 1091/1380, 32GB RAM, 500GB&750GB HDD & 500GB SSD, FHD&MB168B+
X61T: L7500, 4GB RAM, 500GB HDD, XGA screen, Ultrabase
W550s: 5600U, K620M at 1164/1281, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, 3K touchscreen
X200s: SL9400, 6GB RAM, 64GB SD card, WXGA+ screen

To add to ColonelONeill's observations, also be aware there is no Intel HD Graphics 3000 driver for Windows 10. If you use the integrated graphics you have to use the WIndiws 7/8 driver, which in my experience is not stable under Windows 10.  Some of your applications might crash, or you might experience other problems.  I've now reverted to using discrete graphics only.
