I got my new machine yesterday. Its screen is so fuzzy. I have tried to adjust my scale but no help. And it is shown as follow. Could it be more clear?

Looks sharp to me. I think that you are seeing the lower resolution of your screen compared to your previous system. You can try to run the text improvement settings in Windows 10 to change the appearance a bit. In settings -> display -> fonts -> adjust cleartype text.

Thanks for your reply. That's greate, my display had some changed. But compared with my old laptop bought 3 years ago, it isn't clear enough. Even tried the different options in the ClearType Text Tuner with kinds of monitor resolution.
Thanks again. I guess the screen I selected is not good as my expect. I have to return this machine and accept your advice as solution.

Font smoothing can lead to ugly, "fuzzy" fonts. Especially so on low resolution screens like 1366x768, but sometimes also on 1080p screens. Many users don't notice the fuzziness but some do.
Have you tried going to Control Panel > System > Advanced system settings > Advanced (tab) > Performance Settings > Visual Effects (tab) and disabling 'Smooth edges of screen fonts'? You might also need to change some registry settings as described here. You may need to reboot or log out and back in after changing these settings.
If you don't like the results then revert back to the original settings.
