Has anyone experienced this issue below?
I disable my internal Quadro M1000M, I plug in my eGPU (AORUS 1070 Gaming Box) via Thunderbolt, use it for a while. Then when I'm done using it, I unplug it, re-enable my Quadro M1000M and plug in my external monitor via HDMI. The display driver crashes for both my Quadro M1000M and my Intel HD Graphics 530 and the external monitor never works. Microsoft starts a Microsoft Basic Display Driver. I tried disabling and re-enabling both display adapters but external monitor still won't work, it just crashes the adapters again. The only fix to this issue I have found is to uninstall the Quadro M1000M in the device manager and restart the computer. Then after it restarts, I can use the external monitor again with the Quadro M1000M. So it's easy to do and not a huge pain in the butt, but if anyone knows a way to fix this issue without needing to restart my computer, that would be a great help.

Ok so I tried using the eGPU without disabling the internal Quadro graphics. The eGPU worked fine but then after I unplugged the eGPU the same problem still happens with the Quadro and I can't use an external display.

Just an update. I am now able to disable the quadro, plkug in the TB3, use the TB3, unplug TB3, reenable Quadro and use it with an external monitor. I discovered this after a Windows update. So no more need to restart the laptop.
