Best way to erase all personal stuff on thinkpad laptop before returning to Lenovo?

2019-10-20, 16:51 PM

Hi would anyone please tell me the best way to erase all my data and my installed programs on Windows 10 on the P1 laptop? I plan to return it back to Lenovo without removing their Windows 10 install.  If I did factory restore, would that be enough?  Or should I do something else?

If you are going to reset the PC with the installed Windows OS, then select "RESET PC" and "Do Not preserve my data" as the option.
