I am having a blue screen issue and after reading a couple of topics here, I updated everything possible and the issue continues, specially after a "sleep mode".
All driver are updated! I ran all Lenovo Diagnostics, Intel diagnostics...
It is a P51s / Win10

I've also been having this issue. For me it seems to correspond more with using the lock screen, but could be a combination of that and other services going to sleep after enough time. It usually happens during my lunch break. The BSODs are typically 0x1a and point to the Windows kernel. All attempts to update drivers, etc, have not helped.
