Can't see the presenter mode in Powerpoint with a Lenovo thinkpad W550S

Hi,

I have a Lenovo thinkpad W550S with a windows 10 (version 1709) full update.

In this Lenovo, there is 2 graphics cards. (Intel and Nvidia)

When i start the presentation in powerpoint, the presenter view doesn't work.

I have already re-install the lastest drivers of the graphics card. It's working but when i reboot the PC, the problem come back.

I have update powerpoint and i try to repair office.

The powerpoint is in version 1712 (build 8827.2148) of office 365

I try to force powerpoint to work with the card nvidia and it's not working.

Anybody can help me ?

Thanks.

Have you tried to disable graphics acceleration in PowerPoint?

Re: Can't see the presenter mode in Powerpoint with a Lenovo thinkpad W550S

I had the exact same issue and resolved it by tweaking the nVidia "nView Options" in PowerPoint:

1. Open your PowerPoint deck

2. Right-click on the PowerPoint title bar to get to the "nView Options" menu:

3.  In "Show slides on display", select the display you want your slides to be shown on:

4.  In "Show presenter view on display", select the display you want your presenter view to be shown on:

Above steps works for me now and for the first time since using my Lenovo P51 I can FINALLY use presenter view in PowerPoint!
