I bought an x25m SSD Drive 160GB from Lenovo Outlet.
The drive was defective and I sent in my proof of purchase to Rob at email@example.com. He said he approved the proof of purchase and released the replacement drive for parts department to ship, on the 13th of January. The replacement should have been shipped by now and I still haven't got anything. He said expect it by Wednesday at most, but Wednesday has came and went still no drive.
I am going to call and bitch at him now.
What a joke is lenovo support. I called he said he doesn't have a clue what is going on and said that parts replacement department is a different department.

Did you ever get it replaced? And why couldn't you deal with Intel directly since they have a 5 year warranty on their SSD drives.
