Hello,
My battery recall shipment has been delivered back to sender. How would it be possible to schedule another delivery attempt?
I have already contacted battery@lenovo.com with the order confirmation number and relevant info.

My battery is affected. I've made the request for replacement on June 30, but I haven't got an answer yet. I've sent mails to battery@lenovo.com, but they got rejected.
Where can I complain?

same here, I filled out a form at https://lenovobattery2014.orderz.com/ more than a week ago, found out that my battery is eligible for a recall, got an order confirmation number 26188872 and nothing. I emailed to battery@lenovo.com and got no response too. I wonder if a company representative could comment on this?

Hello, I got mine it in about 2 months after sending order. However I have also experinced case when replacement took just like one week from order to delivery.
