I have a W520 (4284-4LG) with the ThinkPad Serial ATA Hard Drive Bay Adaptor III, and often when Windows is woken up after sleep, it tries to eject the Hard Drive. If I have a file open that is stored on the drive it fails, otherwise the drive is ejected and I have to physically remove it and plug it back in to activate the drive again. And sometimes it ejects the drive for no apparent reason when I am using the computer. Very frustrating and annoying.
I have added a screen shot of it's unsuccessful ejection of the drive:
I am running Windows 7 64-bit Ultimate, and I have tried to re-install Windows more than one time to fix the problem without luck. All drivers are up to date, so I feel I am running out of options.
Any advice on how to proceed from here?
